A survey presents one or more questions to users in a format that you define. By integrating surveys with your application, you can use information from customers to make data-driven decisions.
For example, you can use a survey to collect the medical history of a patient, and then evaluate the provided information to recommend a primary care physician.
You can access, create, and update surveys by using the Survey Management landing page.
Each survey that you create has the following elements:
The survey itself, which contains at least one question page
Question pages, which contain one or more questions
Individual questions, which store one or more responses
Because the structure of a survey is modular, you can reuse questions and other survey elements in your application.
Note: You must purchase a separate license before using survey functionality in your application.
